Join the Camel City Cafe wine club! We are offering our guests a great
way to learn more about the world of wines. We designed this club to
feed your addiction to wine, but in healthy amounts.
We have three designated levels of participation that will hopefully fit
everyone's budget and interest level. All our wine club members will
receive extra discounts on wine purchases of 6 bottles or more, and will
receive notices of special wines that may be allocated to the area.

| "Cork" Member $295 annual fee or $85 dollars per quarter You will receive 2 bottles (approx. $35 each) available for pick up every 3 months (annual value of $280); Pick up months: January - 2 red wines April - 1 red wine, 1 white wine July - 2 white wines October - 1 red wine, 1 white wine; "Cork" member will receive 2 "Wine Wednesday" vouchers ($40 value) |
| "Cellar"Member $495 annual fee (or $95 every 2 months) You will have 2 bottles (approx. $35 each) available for pick up every 2 months (annual value of $420) Pick up months: January - 2 red wines March - 1 red wine, 1 white wine May - 1 red wine, 1 white wine July - 2 white wines September - 1 red wine, 1 white wine November - 1 red wine, 1 white wine (maybe a sparkling wine) "Cellar" members will also receive a free 4 course wine dinner for two at the restaurant (valued at $140) as well as vouchers for 4 free admissions to the monthly wine tasting, valued at $80 (maybe used for 1 person 4 times, 4 people at 1 time or 2 people twice). |
| Collector Member $995 annual fee (or $175 every 2 months) You will have 2 bottles for DELIVERY every 2 months ($420 value), with the choice of what kind of wine you want (i.e. red or white). Based on Triad location, additional fees may apply for those outside of the Triad. Delivery months: January, March, May, July, September, November. Collector members will also receive: 2 free, 4 course dinners at Camel City Cafe ($280 value); 1 free in-home wine tasting for 6 people (featuring the Top Rated "Best Buys" as well as Camel City Cafe appetizers, valued at approximately $500. Upgrades are available to Collector wines, and requests may be made, with possible additional fees, which will be communicated to the member before charges are made. |
Terms:
All quaterly/bi-monthly members will need to keep a valid credit card on file with Camel City Cafe and fees
will be charged on the 1st of the indicated month or the first Monday of the month, whichever comes first.
Cancellations:
You may cancel any time - if you pay with installments, we ask that you send your request prior to the
next pay period, otherwise, you will have 48 hours to cancel and receive a refund for that month's charge.
If you do choose to cancel, you will be excluded form future wine club offerings automatically. If you pay
up front for a year's membership in the wine club and choose to discontinue at any point, your refund will
be pro-rated based on the benefits you have received from your membership.
Upgrades:
We will gladly accept upgrades in Wine Club membership. Your membership upgrade will be calculated
based on a pro-rated number, depending on the number of wine cycles you have already received and the
number of wines you are due to receive.
Gift Membership:
We would love for you to sign a friend up for membership to our Wine Club. Membership will be handled
like any other; except that the indicated friend will be notified of special promotions, when wines are
available for pick up, and such. Gift memberships may still be paid either up front or with already
specified terms. Gift certificates towards memberships are also available. The value of the gift certificate
will be put towards that friends’ membership fees.
Contact:
Members will be called when wines are available for pick up. We will follow up with an email a week or
two later if you have not picked up your wine. Collector members will be called to set up a good time for
delivery of wine. You may cancel your membership by e-mailing us at camelcitycafe@triadbiz.rr.com
